4th of July - Webster Parade

So for now 6 years or so my dad, Janet, Connor, me and the last 3 years Caden have been going to the Webster Parade over the 4th of July Holiday! It is probably one of my most favorite things to do during this Holiday...

So since 4th of July was on Sunday the Webster Parade was on Saturday at 10am so I met the gang at Bread Co on Alan off of Lockwood and started with some coffee and bagels/danish then we headed down to our spot that we saved in the morning.

The parade is about an hour or so and it is just great company and a lot of fun. So I decided to take a couple pictures of my brothers and some parade "moments". This year the floats weren't like the years before but the candy was being thrown and the breeze was perfect on such a perfect day. It is great to see those little eyes light up with pure delight as the corvettes go by, the bubble bus blowing bubbles, the beads being thrown, and the crowd just full of laughter and excitement. Some of my favorite pictures are when the boys are ready with their bags open awaiting all the candy! :) CUTE!

We did miss something this year though...my husband! He couldn't come and he was bummed. He unfortunately was working...shocker! Maybe next year and I can't wait for us to make this a tradition with our children.
