NEW Addition...

Hello Folks...well it has been awhile.

As of last Wednesday it became official and we have an addition in our life....a beautiful NEW deck on our house...ha ha ha! Was everyone thinking something else?! ha! Anyway. take a look at this deck...it is amazing! We used treated wood so we won't be able to stain it until next year but that is A-OK with me! Thanks to Aron, Matt and Dominic (Steve's Cousins) and of course my soon to be hubby for working SUPER hard and finishing it. We love it! Aron drew up the design of the deck for us and did a fantastic job with everything. They did decide to start the deck on the hottest day of the year which was last Saturday when it was 99 degrees out! Ugh!!! Take a look at the picture and when we have a deck party we will let you know...probably around the weekend of August 17th.

Thanks we were able to enjoy our first dinner on the deck on Friday. Now we are off to finding some patio furniture when it is on sale. Oh and we have been waiting for the deck before we do any landscaping to our backyard but now we can do this starting in the fall this year and early spring next year so hopefully by the time of the wedding we have it looking pretty.
